2 bananas, peeled
1 1/2 cups spinach
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1 1/2 cups 100% coconut milk
1 Tbsp raw honey
2 tsp almond butter
Date granola topping, optional
Place all ingredients in blender, with the exception of the date granola, and combine until smooth.
Top with date granola topping, if desired. Enjoy!
