Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, corn, eggs, soy, refined sugar

Yields

2-3 cups

Ingredients

2 cups dates, pitted

1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor until roughly combined. Store granola in a jar in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
