Sweet & Spicy Tomato Mango Salad

Ingredients

1 head of butter leaf lettuce, chiffonade

1 mango, peeled and diced

1 red pepper, seeds removed & diced

2 tomatoes, diced

3 Tbsp green chiles

2 Tbsp yellow or red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup sprouted watermelon seeds

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

For dressing:

2-3 Tbsp hot sauce

Juice of 1 lime

Salt & Pepper, to taste


Directions

Combine hot sauce & freshly squeezed lime juice into bowl, and whisk together. Set aside. 

Combine all salad ingredients into large bowl, and gently mix together. Toss in dressing, add salt & pepper to taste, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
