Free of: gluten / wheat, dairy, corn, soy, eggs, refined sugar

Ingredients

1 cup mango, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)

1 cup pineapple, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)

2 bananas, peeled

2 oranges, peeled

1 1/2 cup water (or, can use coconut water, orange juice, plant-based milk)

1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)

1 Tbsp raw honey (optional)


Directions

Add all ingredients into blender, and combine until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

*can freeze this and use as a dairy-free ice cream / sorbet, or put in a popsicle mold to freeze and make popsicles!
