Simple Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients

2 ½ cups almond flour

½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

½ teaspoon baking soda

3 flax eggs (3 Tbsp flaxseed meal + ½ cup water + 1 Tbsp water; 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 Tbsp water = 1 egg)

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda.

In a medium bowl, whisk the flax eggs, then add honey, and vinegar.

Stir wet ingredients into dry.

Scoop batter into a well-greased 6.5 x 4 inch small loaf pan.

Bake for 45-55 minutes on bottom rack of oven; until a knife comes out clean.
