Salted Date “Caramel” Banana Ice Cream

Free of: dairy, gluten, eggs, corn, soy, refined sugar

Ingredients

3 frozen bananas

8 dates, pitted

Himalayan sea salt, for garnish

Directions

Place dates in blender or food processor and blend until a paste, is formed (dates should form into a ball in the blender, and that’s when you know they’re paste-like). Add frozen bananas to blender, and blend until combined. Dates will disperse like “caramel bits” throughout the ice cream.

Scoop out ice cream and top with a small amount of Himalayan sea salt. Enjoy!
