Raspberry Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl:

1 banana, peeled and cut in pieces

1 Tbsp pitaya (dragon fruit) powder

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

½ cup water or coconut water

1 Tbsp raw honey or 100% pure maple syrup

Topping:

1 peach, sliced and pit removed

½ cup blueberries

1 tsp chia seeds

¼ cup toasted macadamia nuts or any other nuts or seeds

Directions

Place all smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender, and blend until combined. Place into a bowl. Add toppings to top of smoothie bowl, and enjoy!
