Raspberry Papaya Smoothie

Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, refined sugar

Ingredients

2 ways:

Recipe 1

1 banana, peeled

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 cup papaya, peeled, deseeded and cubed

1 cup filtered water

½ inch piece of medium aloe vera leaf, filleted and green skin removed (only want the gel)

- OR - 

Recipe 2

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

2 1/2 cups papaya, peeled, deseeded and cubed

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1 Tbsp raw honey

½ inch piece of medium aloe vera leaf, filleted and green skinremoved (only want the gel)

1 tsp papaya seeds

1/4 - 1/2 cup filtered water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender for each separate recipe and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
