For smoothie:
1/2 cup each: frozen raspberries, strawberries, wild blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp raw honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
For garnish:
*pomegranate seeds
*toasted pumpkin seeds
*frozen wild blueberries & raspberries
*anything you'd like!
Put all smoothie ingredients in blender until combined. Serve in small bowls and add garnish. Enjoy!
