Raspberry "Thyroid Healing" Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup raspberries

2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)

1 banana

1 cup water

2 cups of spinach

½ cup cilantro

½ cup fresh aloe vera gel (directly from leaf)

½ - 1 tsp Atlantic sea dulse

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
