Mango Strawberry Agua Fresca

Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs, refined sugar

Yields

3-4 servings

Ingredients

5 cups water

2 cups mango, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, stem removed

Juice of 1 lime

2 Tbsp raw honey

8 mint leaves

Directions

In a blender, add all ingredients, and blend until smooth. In large bowl, pour contents of blender through a mesh strainer, then pour contents of bowl into a glass. Or, if easier, use a soup ladle to transfer liquid from bowl into a glass. Enjoy!

  • Note - save fiber / pulp for smoothies by putting in a container with lid in the refrigerator or freezer.
