Dairy-free Avocado Dip

Ingredients

2 large avocados

1 clove garlic, roughly chopped

1/4 cup 100% coconut milk

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp lime juice

1/2 cup cilantro

1/4 cup green onion, roughly chopped

sea salt and pepper, to taste


Directions

Add all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy. Pairs well with vegetables, plantain chips, on top of a baked potato...the sky is the limit!
