Curry Mustard Spiced Nuts and Seeds

Free of: gluten/wheat, dairy, corn, refined sugar, corn, soy, eggs

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raw pecans

1/8 tsp salt

1 Tbsp yellow curry powder

2 Tbsp organic Dijon mustard

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.


Into large bowl, add all ingredients and toss to evenly coat nuts and seeds.


Place on lined cookie sheet in single layer, and roast in oven for 10-12 minutes.


Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
