1/2 onion, diced
1 avocado, peeled and small diced
1 can organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 ribs celery, roughly chopped
3 Tbsp organic Dijon mustard
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp yellow curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Add all ingredients into large bowl and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
