Cinnamon Apple Pie Smoothie

Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, refined sugars

Ingredients

2 apples, cored and cut into chunks

1 banana

¾ cup 100% coconut milk

1 Tbsp honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (or pumpkin pie spice)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients into blender and combine until smooth. Enjoy!
