Cherry and Berry Jam

Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, refined sugar

Yields

1-2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, stems removed

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

¼ cup water

2 Tbsp raw honey

Juice of ½ lemon

Directions

Add all ingredients to medium sauce pan to boil over high heat. Once boiling, turn down to low heat and let simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Set aside to cool. Can store in covered glass jar in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
