Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, egg, corn, soy
1/2 cup unsweetened dried cherries
1/2 cup dried apricots
2 cups raw walnuts (or any nuts or seeds)
¼ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Process until the ingredients are broken down into small pieces and hold together when pressed. You may need to scrape down the food processor once or twice to achieve this consistency.
Form into round bites and place onto a plate or into an air-tight container. Store in the refrigerator.
