Blueberry Plum Smoothie Bowl

Free of: wheat/gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs and refined sugar

Ingredients

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 plum, pit removed and sliced

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup roasted red beet, diced

1 small avocado, peeled and pit removed

2 medjool dates, pitted (I use Anna and Sarah dates)

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 cup 100% coconut milk

Directions

Place all in blender until combined. Pour in bowl, add toppings as desired, and enjoy!

*Topping ideas include unsweetened shredded coconut, walnuts, papaya, orange zest, cinnamon, etc...the sky's the limit!
