Basic Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

¼ cup coconut oil

3 Tbsp unsweetened raw cacao (100% cocoa)

3 Tbsp honey

Directions

In a small sauce pan over very low heat, combine all ingredients. 

Whisk until fully melted and combined, about 1-2 minutes. Take care not to burn. 

Remove from heat, and drizzle on fruit and enjoy! Or, pour into chocolate molds, and place in freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
